How to Use and Care
Wash your hands and find a comfortable, relaxed position. Fold the cup into a U shape, gently separate the labia and insert it. To remove, wash your hands, insert two fingers and pull slowly from the base. Rinse with water and pH-neutral, unscented soap before reuse, and sterilise it between cycles.
