Moressa recommends a water-based lubricant for easy insertion of its silicone products; avoid silicone- and oil-based lubricants, which can damage the surface. Start with Osian One for short sessions of up to around 15 minutes, and only progress to Osian Two and then Osian Three once you can comfortably retain the previous ball. Keep sessions short and regular, and stop if you feel any discomfort. Wash each ball with warm water and mild soap after use, dry fully and store the set somewhere clean, cool and dust-free.
