How to Use and Care
Apply to clean, dry skin with no lotion, oil or perfume. Place each piece under the breast, lift to the position you want and press firmly. Wear for no longer than 8 hours. After use, hand wash with warm water and mild soap, let them air dry and put the protective films back on the adhesive. Do not bleach, iron, tumble dry or dry clean, and avoid irritated or broken skin.
