Pump Worx Max Boost Manual Piston-Action Penis Pump

Pump Worx Max Boost is a manual penis pump with an in-line piston action, so everything you need is built into one unit. There are no hoses, handles, bulbs or batteries: you simply pull down on the pump head and release to create a vacuum. It suits men who want a straightforward, quiet pump that can also be used in the bath or shower. The clear polycarbonate cylinder has a printed ruler, and a soft silicone sleeve and quick-release button make each session more comfortable and easier to control.

Key Features

• Piston-Action Pumping: Pull down on the pump head and release to build suction, with no separate bulb or hose to manage.
• Motorless and Quiet: With no motor to power or recharge, the pump stays quiet and simple to use.
• Bath and Shower Friendly: The manual design can be used in water, and the manufacturer suggests filling the tube with water for a different sensation.
• Crystal-Clear Cylinder: The heavy-grade polycarbonate tube lets you see exactly what is happening during use.
• Easy-to-Read Ruler: Measurement markings on the tube help you keep track from session to session.
• Removable Silicone Sleeve: The soft Elite Silicone sleeve forms the seal, feels comfortable against the skin and lifts out for cleaning.
• Quick-Release Button: One press releases the pressure straight away whenever you want to stop.

Why Choose the Pump Worx Max Boost?

Many pumps rely on a squeeze bulb and tubing, which can be awkward to hold and store. The Max Boost puts the pump mechanism directly on the cylinder, making it compact and one-handed to operate.

The combination of a clear tube, a ruler and a quick-release valve gives you visibility and control, which matters when you are learning how much pressure feels comfortable for you.

How to Use and Care

Apply a little water-based lubricant around the sleeve opening to help form a seal. If unsure, a water-based lubricant is usually the safest choice with silicone parts. Insert the penis, press the base gently against the body and pump slowly. Use short sessions, stop at once if you feel pain, numbness or discomfort, and press the quick-release button to let the pressure go. Anyone with a medical condition or taking blood-thinning medication should speak to a doctor before using a vacuum pump.

After use, remove the sleeve and wash the sleeve and cylinder in warm water with a mild soap. Rinse, dry every part completely and store the pump somewhere clean and dry.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the Max Boost fit me?

The cylinder has an inner diameter of 5.1 cm and a usable depth of 19.1 cm, and the sleeve opening is 3 cm. Compare these with your own measurements before buying, as a cylinder that is too narrow or too wide will not seal comfortably.

Why use a piston pump instead of a bulb pump?

The piston is built into the cylinder, so there is no tubing or bulb to hold. This makes it compact and easier to use with one hand, including in the bath or shower.

Can I use it in water?

Yes, the manufacturer says the motorless design is suited to the bath or shower and suggests filling the tube with water before pumping for a different feel.

How do I release the pressure quickly?

Press the quick-release button on the pump. It lets air in straight away so you can remove the cylinder safely.
