About the Product
Pipedream Fantasy X-tensions Elite Uncut Sleeve is a wearable uncut penis sleeve that adds length and girth for a fuller feel during partner play. It is made from Pipedream's Elite Silicone, which is soft and super-stretchy so it fits closely, like a second skin. A removable extender at the tip adds length for deeper penetration, the realistic sleeve can make the wearer up to 66% thicker, and a flexible ball strap helps hold everything in place. The uncut design adds a foreskin-style look.
Key Features
- Up to 66% More Girth: The thick, realistic sleeve can add up to 66% girth all around.
- Removable Tip Extender: The extender inside the tip can be kept in for extra length or removed for a shorter fit.
- Elite Silicone: Pipedream's Elite Silicone is soft, stretchy and designed to feel like a second skin.
- Stretchy Fit: The sleeve stretches to accommodate most sizes while staying snug.
- Trim to Fit: You can trim the sleeve to get a more personal fit.
- Ball Strap: A flexible strap wraps around the scrotum to keep the sleeve comfortably secure.
- Uncut Styling: The realistic uncut design gives the look of a natural foreskin.
Why Choose the Fantasy X-tensions Elite Uncut Sleeve?
Penis sleeves let couples experiment with size without any permanent change. This model combines three adjustable elements in one: the removable tip extender for length, the thick sleeve for girth and the trimmable body for fit. That means you can adapt it to your body and to what feels best for your partner.
The Elite Silicone and ball strap are the key differences from basic sleeves. Silicone gives a smoother, more realistic feel, and the strap helps stop the sleeve slipping during use. Fantasy X-tensions is one of Pipedream's best-known ranges, backed by many years of experience in adult products.

How to Use and Care
Apply a little water-based lubricant inside the sleeve, then roll or slide it on and fit the ball strap around the scrotum. Add more water-based lubricant to the outside before penetration. If you trim the sleeve, cut a little at a time with clean, sharp scissors.
Wash the sleeve inside and out with mild soap and warm water after use, rinse well and let it air-dry fully. Store it on its own, away from other toys and direct heat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the sleeve fit me?
The manufacturer says the sleeve is super-stretchy to accommodate most sizes, and it can be trimmed for a better fit. It is designed to feel snug, so use lubricant inside to help it go on smoothly.
Can I remove the extender at the tip?
Yes. The tip extender is removable, so you can use the sleeve with or without the extra length.
Which lubricant should I use?
Use a water-based lubricant, both inside and outside the sleeve. Silicone-based lubricants can damage silicone products.
Can I use it with condoms?
Compatibility with condoms is not specified by the manufacturer. If you want to use protection, place a condom over the sleeve and use a water-based lubricant.
