About the Product
LELO HEX Respect XL are large latex condoms built on the same hexagonal technology as LELO's HEX Original, in a size that is 10% longer and wider. With a 58 mm nominal width, they are among the largest XL latex condoms on the market and offer more room and comfort for those who find standard sizes too tight. A network of ultra-fine latex cells helps body heat pass through, while the textured inside improves grip. Choose a 12 or 36 pack.
Key Features
- Larger fit: 58 mm nominal width and 10% more length than HEX Original for extra comfort.
- Hexagon structure: Interconnected hexagons combine thinness with strength, according to LELO.
- Ultra-thin latex: A 0.045 mm wall lets body warmth transfer for closer sensation.
- Textured inside: The inner hexagon texture reduces slipping and helps the condom stay in place.
- Smooth outside, neutral scent: A smooth exterior and a neutralised latex odour for a more pleasant experience.
- Easy-open wrapper: Non-slip packaging that opens easily, even in the moment.

How to Use and Care
Open the wrapper along the edge and check the rolling direction. Squeeze the tip and let the condom unroll gently down the full length of the erect penis. Use a new condom for every act. The condoms are only lightly lubricated, so add a water-based lubricant if you need more glide; avoid oil-based products, which can weaken latex. Store the pack somewhere cool and dry.
Condom orders ship in anonymous packaging and can be delivered to the UK, Ireland and most of the EU after a safe, secure checkout.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who are XL condoms for?
XL condoms suit men who find standard condoms tight or restrictive. With a 58 mm width, HEX Respect is a noticeably roomier fit than a regular 52 to 54 mm condom.
How do these compare with HEX Original?
HEX Respect uses the same material and hexagon technology but is 10% longer and wider, so choose it if HEX Original feels tight.
Are they suitable for a latex allergy?
No, they are made from latex. Choose a latex-free condom if you or your partner are allergic.
Which pack size should I choose?
The 12 pack is a good way to try the fit, while the 36 pack is better value if you already know the size suits you.
Try LELO HEX Respect XL for a roomier fit without giving up sensation.
