About the Product
Fantasy X-Tensions Elite Sleeve is a hollow silicone penis sleeve from Pipedream that adds girth and length in one wearable piece. A removable extender plug at the tip gives extra reach, and the length of that extender depends on the size you choose. The stretchy Elite Silicone fits closely like a second skin and can be trimmed for a better fit. It is designed for men and couples who want to experiment with a bigger, fuller size during penetration.
Key Features
- Adds Up to 66% Girth: The sleeve is designed to make the wearer up to 66% thicker all around the shaft.
- Removable Tip Extender: A plug inside the tip adds extra length and can be taken out for a shorter profile.
- Choice of Sizes: Three sizes are listed, 17.78 cm, 20.32 cm and 22.86 cm, each with a different extender length.
- Trim to Fit: The sleeve can be trimmed at the base to help achieve a more comfortable fit.
- Elite Silicone: Pipedream's Elite Silicone has a smooth, lifelike feel and a stretchy, snug fit.
- Realistic Shape: The sleeve is shaped to look natural, adding to the experience for both partners.
Why Choose the Fantasy X-Tensions Elite Sleeve?
With several sizes available, this sleeve lets you choose how much difference you want to make. The smaller model uses a short extender for a subtle change, while the larger ones add more length for deeper penetration.
Unlike some extensions, this version can be trimmed, which helps if the base feels too long for your body. The Elite Silicone stretches to fit most sizes and is easier to keep clean than many softer, porous materials.

How to Use and Care
Choose the size first, then place the extender plug in the tip if you want the extra length. Apply a little water-based lubricant inside the sleeve and roll or slide it onto the erect penis. If the base feels too long, trim it gradually with clean scissors, a little at a time. Add lubricant to the outside before penetration and remove the sleeve if you feel any discomfort.
If unsure, a water-based lubricant is usually the safest choice for silicone. After use, remove the extender and wash the sleeve inside and out with warm water and mild soap. Rinse well, dry completely, and store it in a clean, dust-free bag.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which size should I choose?
Choose the smaller 17.78 cm model for a subtle change, or the larger sizes for more added length. The main difference is the length of the removable tip extender.
Can I trim the sleeve?
Yes, the manufacturer states it can be trimmed for a better fit. Cut small amounts at a time, as trimming cannot be undone.
Which colours are available?
Colour availability depends on the size. Check the options when you select your size.
Does the sleeve work as a condom?
No. It gives no contraception or protection against infections. If you need protection, wear a condom over the sleeve and use a water-based lubricant.
