About the Product
California Exotics Performance Maxx Hollow Extension is a smooth hollow penis extension with an included harness, designed to add 5 cm (2 inches) of length and a fuller girth. The sleeve is made from premium liquid silicone that is soft, smooth, durable and waterproof. Ultra-thick elastic waist and thigh straps give support, and a solid metal ring with a wide base keeps the extension secure. It comes in a light skin tone and is described as fragrance-free and phthalate-free.
Key Features
- Extra Length and Girth: A solid, ultra-soft 5 cm (2 inch) tip adds length, while the sleeve walls add girth.
- Smooth Hollow Design: The smooth outer surface offers a sleek, classic feel for your partner.
- Premium Liquid Silicone: Soft and smooth yet durable, the liquid silicone is also waterproof.
- Harness Support: Thick elastic waist and thigh straps hold the extension steady.
- Metal Ring and Wide Base: Both work together to keep the extension firmly in position.
- Low Maintenance: The manufacturer calls the silicone maintenance-free, fragrance-free and phthalate-free.
Why Choose the Performance Maxx Hollow Extension?
This smooth model is slightly shorter than the textured Performance Maxx, with a 10.75 cm hollow shaft, which may suit wearers who prefer a closer fit. The smooth surface is a good choice if you want added size without extra texture.
The harness is what sets this set apart: it spreads support across the waist and thighs, so you can move freely without worrying about slipping. Combined with the metal ring, it gives a secure, hands-free experience. California Exotics has been making adult products for well over a decade and is known for quality.

How to Use and Care
Fasten the harness around your waist and thighs, adjusting the straps until they feel secure. Add water-based lubricant inside the sleeve, slide it on, and position the metal ring. Apply more lubricant to the outside before penetration. If unsure, a water-based lubricant is usually the safest choice.
After use, wash the silicone extension in warm soapy water and rinse well. Hand wash the harness, allow everything to dry naturally and store it away from direct sunlight.
