Bathmate Hydromax 9 Hydro Penis Pump, Largest Hydromax Size

Bathmate Hydromax 9 is a hydro penis pump and the largest model in the Hydromax range, which runs from size 3 up to size 9. It works in the bath or shower, using warm water rather than air to create even pressure around the penis. Bathmate states that Hydromax pumps give about 35% more power than its standard Hydro models, and a pressure-release valve lets you back off at any point. It is designed for men whose measurements sit at the top of the Bathmate size chart and is offered in transparent, red or blue.

Key Features

• Top of the range: Size 9 is the biggest cylinder in the Hydromax line, intended for men who have outgrown smaller models.
• Hydraulic water pressure: Water inside the cylinder distributes pressure evenly for a smoother seal than an air pump.
• Extra power: Bathmate says the Hydromax design offers around 35% more power than its standard Hydro pumps.
• Built-in release valve: Let pressure out quickly whenever you need a break or want to adjust.
• Measurement markings: A scale on the cylinder helps you keep a simple record of your routine.
• Quick daily routine: Sessions last no longer than 15 minutes, following the manufacturer schedule.

Why Choose the Bathmate Hydromax 9?

A pump only works properly when it fits. If your measurements are above the range of the smaller Hydromax sizes, the Hydromax 9 gives you the room you need while keeping the same even, water-based pressure and the reassurance of a release valve.

Bathmate keeps the routine short: up to three holds of around three minutes, a gentle massage in between, and no more than 15 minutes in total, on up to five days a week. That makes it realistic to stick with. As with any pump, results vary and no set outcome is promised, so use it steadily and sensibly.

How to Use and Care

Follow the Bathmate instructions closely. Fill the cylinder with warm water, position it comfortably and pump slowly until you feel a firm but comfortable pressure. Hold, release, massage briefly and repeat, keeping the full session to 15 minutes or less. Open the valve at once if you notice pain, numbness or discolouration.

Rinse the pump thoroughly after use with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive soap. A Bathmate cleaning kit or a suitable antibacterial cleaner can be used from time to time. Make sure every part is completely dry before you put it away.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Hydromax 9 too big for a first pump?

It is the largest size in the range, so it only suits men whose measurements match the top of the Bathmate size chart. If you are below that range, a smaller Hydromax will seal and work better.

How often can I use it?

Bathmate recommends sessions of no more than 15 minutes, on up to five days a week. Rest days help the tissue recover.

Can I use the Hydromax 9 in the shower?

Yes. It is designed to be filled with warm water and used in the bath or shower.

Is a hydro pump safe to use?

Used as directed and with the release valve to control pressure, it is designed for adult personal use. Stop if you feel pain, and speak to a doctor first if you have a condition affecting circulation.
