About the Product
Bathmate Hydromax7 Wide Boy X30 is a wide penis pump in the Hydromax range, made for larger users who find the standard Hydromax7 too narrow. The regular Hydromax7 is sized for girths up to 6.5 inches, and the Wide Boy is the roomier alternative in the same size class. It shares the Hydromax features: water-based hydraulic pressure, a bellows system, pressure-release valves and comfort pads. It is available in blue, red and transparent.
Key Features
- Wider chamber: The Wide Boy is Bathmate’s wider option in the Hydromax7 size, for users with a larger girth.
- 35 per cent more power: Bathmate rates the Hydromax series at 35 per cent more power than its Hydro pumps.
- Bellows system: A bellows mechanism builds even water pressure as you draw the pump in.
- Pressure-release valves: Valves let you reduce suction immediately as a built-in safety measure.
- Comfort pads and seals: Soft pads and ergonomic seals help it sit comfortably against the body.
- Choice of finish: Pick blue, red or transparent; the clear version lets you see inside the chamber.
Why Choose the Wide Boy X30?
A pump that is too tight around the shaft will not feel right or seal properly. The Wide Boy gives larger-girth users a Hydromax7 size with more room, while keeping the power and comfort features of the range.
Bathmate publishes a size guide for all seven Hydromax sizes. Measure your length and girth and check them against the guide before you order, so you can decide between the standard Hydromax7 and the Wide Boy.

How to Use and Care
Fill the pump with warm water, place it over the flaccid penis and draw it towards the body to form a seal. Bathmate suggests holding for up to 3 minutes, releasing and repeating up to three times, keeping the whole session under 15 minutes, once a day and on no more than five days a week. Stop straight away if you feel pain, tingling or numbness.
Release the pressure fully after each session, wash the pump with warm water and mild soap, then let it dry completely before storing it.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the Wide Boy and the standard Hydromax7?
Both are in the same size class, but the Wide Boy is the wider version. The standard Hydromax7 is sized for girths up to 6.5 inches, so the Wide Boy is aimed at users above that.
How do I know which size to order?
Measure your erect length and girth and compare them with the Bathmate size guide before buying.
How often can I use it?
Bathmate recommends up to 15 minutes per session, once a day and no more than five days a week.
Is it safe to use a penis pump?
Pumps are designed for adult personal use when used as directed. Stop if anything hurts, and speak to a doctor first if you have a circulation problem or other medical condition.
Order the Bathmate Hydromax7 Wide Boy X30 if you need a roomier Hydromax pump.
