About the Product
Durex Extra Safe are thicker condoms for people who want extra reassurance without giving up comfort. Made from natural rubber latex that is slightly thicker than a standard Durex condom, they use the Easy-On anatomical shape for a smoother fit. The pack holds 12 lubricated condoms that have been dermatologically tested, making them a sensible everyday choice for couples who value peace of mind.

How to Use and Care
Use a new condom every time and check the expiry date first. Tear the foil gently, pinch the tip and roll the condom down the erect penis before any genital contact. After sex, hold the base while withdrawing and dispose of the condom in a bin, not the toilet.
Durex asks users to read the leaflet inside the box carefully, especially before oral or anal sex. For extra glide, a water-based lubricant is usually the safest choice with latex condoms. Store the box somewhere cool and dry, away from sharp objects.
Your order is packed without branding on the outside, and we send parcels to the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of the EU with secure checkout.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are thicker condoms less sensitive?
A thicker wall can slightly reduce sensation for some people, which is the trade-off for a more robust feel. Many couples choose Extra Safe for reassurance and use a thinner style at other times.
Can I use Durex Extra Safe for anal sex?
Durex advises reading the leaflet in the box carefully before anal sex. Always use plenty of water-based lubricant to reduce friction and the risk of the condom breaking.
Are these suitable if I have a latex allergy?
No. They are made from natural rubber latex, so anyone with a latex allergy should choose a latex-free condom instead.
Order Durex Extra Safe and keep a trusted pack of thicker condoms close to hand.
