Refund Policy

3. Returns

Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition, they were received. We cannot accept returns on used products for hygiene reasons.

4. Refund Process

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If the goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
