About the Product
Fantasy X-Tensions Vibrating Real Feel is a vibrating penis extension that adds length at the tip and extra girth along the shaft. A ball strap holds the sleeve in place and gives a snug feel at the base, while a waterproof bullet powers small clitoral stimulators for your partner. The soft, stretchy Fanta Flesh material is lifelike to the touch. Choose the 1 inch or 2 inch length option to suit your couple play.
Key Features
- Extra length: A solid tip adds either 1 inch or 2 inches, depending on the version you choose.
- Around 33% more girth: The lifelike shaft is designed to make you about a third thicker all round.
- Waterproof bullet: A removable waterproof bullet sends vibrations through the sleeve.
- Clitoral stimulators: Small nubs near the base deliver vibration to your partner during penetration.
- Ball strap: The strap wraps around the scrotum to keep the extension secure.
- Super-stretchy fit: Fanta Flesh stretches to fit most sizes while staying snug.
- Cleaner included: A toy cleaner comes in the box to make aftercare simple.
Why Choose the Fantasy X-Tensions Vibrating Real Feel?
Many extensions only add size. This one adds vibration too, so both partners feel more during sex. The ball strap keeps the sleeve from slipping, and the soft, realistic texture helps it feel natural for the receiving partner. Because the bullet is waterproof, you can also take it into the shower or bath.
It is not a medical product and does not treat erection problems. Instead, it is a simple, non-surgical way for couples to experiment with size and sensation at home.

How to Use and Care
Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant inside the sleeve and on the outside. Slide it over the erect penis, then gently place the strap behind the testicles so it feels snug but never painful. Insert the bullet and switch it on once you are in position. Remove the sleeve if you feel numbness or discomfort, and do not wear it for long periods. After use, remove the bullet, wash the sleeve with warm water and the included cleaner, then dry it fully. Dust with a little cornstarch if the material feels tacky, and store it separately from other toys. This sleeve is not a condom.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which lubricant should I use?
Use a water-based lubricant. Fanta Flesh is a soft material, and silicone or oil-based products can damage it or be hard to clean off.
Will it fit me?
The manufacturer describes it as super-stretchy and one size fits most. Very large or very small users may find the fit less secure.
Can I use it as a condom?
No. The manufacturer states that this is not a condom, so it does not protect against pregnancy or infections.
Which batteries does the bullet need?
The supplier information does not state the battery type. Please check the packaging on arrival.
