How to Use and Care
Apply plenty of water-based lubricant and insert slowly, breathing steadily. Wear it first without power to get used to the feel. When connecting to a stimulator, attach the leads with the unit off and at zero, then increase slowly. Use electro only below the waist, and not if you have a pacemaker, heart condition or epilepsy.
