About the Product
Durex Natural XL are extra large condoms for men who find standard sizes too tight. Made from smooth, transparent natural rubber latex with lubrication, they give more room along the shaft while a fitted shape keeps them secure where it matters. This bulk box holds 144 condoms, making it good value for regular users, clinics, hosts or anyone who likes to keep plenty in stock.
Key Features
- Larger Fit: A 56 mm nominal width gives more space than a regular 52 mm condom.
- Snug Where Needed: The shape is designed to fit closely at the key points so it stays in place.
- Smooth and Lubricated: Pre-lubricated latex helps the condom go on easily and feel comfortable.
- Improved Scent: Durex says its manufacturing process gives these condoms a more pleasant smell, so there are fewer distractions.

How to Use and Care
Always check the expiry date and the foil before use. Put the condom on once the penis is erect and before any contact, leaving space at the tip. Use a new condom every time. If you add lubricant, pick water-based or silicone-based; oil-based products damage latex. Durex recommends reading the enclosed leaflet carefully, particularly for oral or anal sex. Store the box away from heat and sharp objects.
Buy in confidence: we dispatch in unbranded packaging to customers throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and the EU, with secure online payment.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I need extra large condoms?
If regular condoms feel tight, roll up or are hard to put on, a wider size may be more comfortable. The XL has a 56 mm nominal width compared with around 52 mm for a standard condom.
Will an XL condom slip off?
Durex designs the Natural XL to fit snugly where it is needed. If it feels loose, a standard size may suit you better, as a good fit is important for protection.
Are they lubricated?
Yes, they are smooth and pre-lubricated. You can add a water-based or silicone-based lubricant for extra comfort.
