About the Product
California Exotics PPA is a hollow penis extension worn on a soft elastic jock strap. The hollow silicone sheath slips over the penis and adds around 9 cm of length, along with extra thickness, while the strap holds it securely in place. Because the sheath is hollow, it can be worn with or without a full erection, which makes it a popular choice for couples who want more size or simply a new sensation for the receiving partner.
Key Features
- Adds About 9 cm: The manufacturer states the sheath increases length by roughly nine centimetres.
- Hollow Sheath Design: The penis sits inside the sheath, so the wearer still feels warmth and movement.
- Elastic Jock Strap: A soft, stretchy strap adjusts easily to fit most body sizes.
- Stainless Steel Ring: A steel ring forms part of the fitting to help keep the sheath stable.
- Silicone Sheath: The sheath is made from silicone, which is smooth and easy to clean.
- Comfortable to Wear: Designed to be soft and flexible so it can be worn through longer sessions.
- Two Colours: Available in flesh or brown tones.
Why Choose the California Exotics PPA?
A hollow extension lets couples enjoy extra length and girth without the wearer giving up all sensation. Unlike a solid strap-on, the penis stays inside, so the experience remains shared. Some men also choose hollow strap-ons when they want penetration to be less dependent on a firm erection.
The jock-strap harness is the key comfort feature. Elastic straps are quicker to put on than buckled harnesses and move with the body, so the sheath feels secure rather than bulky.

How to Use and Care
Put the jock strap on first and adjust the elastic so it sits snugly. Apply a little water-based lubricant inside the sheath and slide it over the penis, then add lubricant to the outside before penetration. Start slowly, as the extra length may take some getting used to for your partner. After use, wash the sheath inside and out with warm water and mild soap and let it air-dry fully. Hand-wash the strap and dry it flat.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much size does the PPA add?
California Exotics says the hollow sheath adds about 9 cm of length, plus extra thickness. Full girth measurements are not published.
Do I need an erection to use it?
The hollow design means the sheath holds its shape on its own, so a full erection is not required. The strap keeps it in position.
Will it fit me?
The elastic jock strap is designed to adjust to most sizes. Inner sheath measurements are not provided, so men with a larger girth may find it snug.
What lubricant should I use?
Use a water-based lubricant inside and outside the sheath. If unsure, a water-based lubricant is usually the safest choice for silicone.
Can my partner feel the difference?
Yes, the added length and girth are the main purpose of the sheath. Go slowly and communicate so your partner can adjust comfortably.
Order the California Exotics PPA and explore extra length together with an easy-fit jock strap design.
