About the Product
California Exotics Performance Maxx Realistic Extension is a penis extension with harness that adds around 5 cm (2 inches) of length together with extra girth. The realistic, textured hollow sleeve is made from premium liquid silicone, which is soft, smooth and waterproof. An included harness with ultra-thick elastic waist and thigh straps supports the extension, while a wide base and solid metal ring hold it securely. The manufacturer describes it as fragrance-free and phthalate-free.
Key Features
- Adds 5 cm of Length: A solid, ultra-soft section at the tip adds 5 cm (2 inches) along with extra girth.
- Textured Hollow Sleeve: The hollow design is textured on the outside for added sensation for your partner.
- Liquid Silicone: Premium liquid silicone is softer, smoother and more durable, and it is waterproof.
- Supportive Harness: Ultra-thick elastic waist and thigh straps keep the extension steady and comfortable.
- Solid Metal Ring: A metal ring keeps the extension in place, even during vigorous play.
- Wide Base: The broad base spreads pressure and helps the fit feel secure.
- Fragrance-Free: The manufacturer states the silicone is fragrance-free and phthalate-free.
Why Choose the Performance Maxx Extension?
Many extensions rely on a stretchy sleeve alone and can slip during use. The Performance Maxx adds a proper harness with thick waist and thigh straps plus a metal ring, so the extension stays where it should. This makes it a practical option for couples who want added size with confidence and freedom of movement.
The textured version has a slightly longer hollow shaft than the smooth model, and liquid silicone offers a softer, more realistic feel than cheaper materials. CalExotics is a long-established, female-owned brand known for its attention to detail.

How to Use and Care
Put on the harness and adjust the waist and thigh straps so they are firm but comfortable. Apply a water-based lubricant inside the hollow sleeve, fit it over the penis and secure it with the metal ring, then add more water-based lubricant to the outside before play.
Wash the extension with mild soap and warm water after use and let it air-dry. Hand wash the harness gently, dry it fully and store both pieces in a clean, dust-free place.
