California Exotics Performance Maxx Clear Penis Extension Sleeve

California Exotics Performance Maxx Clear Extension is a transparent, hollow penis extension sleeve that adds extra length and thickness during intimate play. A soft, solid head at the tip gives a realistic feel, while the see-through design lets you and your partner see your natural shape inside. A built-in scrotum strap keeps the sleeve steady. It comes in three sizes, 5.5, 6.5 and 7.5 inches, so you can choose how much extra size you want to add.

Key Features

• Added length and girth: The hollow sleeve fits over the penis and extends it with a smooth, solid head.
• Three size options: Choose 5.5, 6.5 or 7.5 inches, each with its own shaft length, inner width and head size.
• Realistic solid tip: An ultra-soft solid head, from 3.25 cm to 5 cm depending on size, gives a lifelike finish.
• Transparent design: The clear material adds a visual element and shows your own anatomy inside.
• Scrotum strap: A built-in strap loops around the scrotum to help keep the sleeve in position.
• Body-safe formula: The manufacturer states the material is body-safe, fragrance-free and phthalate-free.

Why Choose the Performance Maxx Clear Extension?

Penis sleeves are a simple way to change size and feel without any electronics or complex parts. The Performance Maxx range gives you three clear, measured options, so you can match the sleeve to your own size and to your partner's comfort. The solid head adds length where it matters, while the hollow shaft keeps the fit close.

The transparent finish makes this sleeve different from many solid-colour extenders. It is also a good option for couples who want to explore new sensations together, or for anyone who would like extra confidence in the bedroom.

How to Use and Care

Check the inner diameter of each size before you order, so the sleeve feels snug but not tight. Add a small amount of water-based lubricant inside the sleeve and on the outside, slide it on, then pass the scrotum through the strap. If unsure, a water-based lubricant is usually the safest choice. Wash the sleeve inside and out with warm water and mild soap, rinse well and let it dry completely. Store it on its own, away from coloured toys and direct sunlight, to keep the clear finish looking its best.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which size of Performance Maxx should I choose?

Compare the inner diameter and hollow shaft length with your own measurements. The 5.5 inch version has a 3.25 cm inner diameter, the 6.5 inch 3.75 cm and the 7.5 inch 4.5 cm, so choose the one that will feel snug without squeezing.

Is a penis extension sleeve good for beginners?

Yes, a sleeve is one of the simplest ways to try adding size, because there are no batteries or settings. Start slowly, use plenty of lubricant and talk with your partner about comfort.

Which lubricant works with this sleeve?

A water-based lubricant is the safest choice because the exact material is not specified by the manufacturer. Apply it both inside the sleeve and on the outside for smooth use.

Can I use condoms with it?

The manufacturer does not give guidance on condom use with this sleeve. For safer sex, a condom can be worn over the sleeve, and a fresh one should be used each time.
