California Exotics Adjustable Penis Extender Traction Device

The California Exotics Penis Extender is a non-surgical penis extender that works on the principle of traction: it holds the penis under light, controlled tension while it is worn. The device is designed to be used flexibly during the day, so you can fit sessions around your own routine. It has a stated maximum extension length of 16.5 cm. It is aimed at adult men who are curious about traction devices and want a discreet option they can use at home.

• Discreet home use: Designed to be used privately at home, away from clinics and appointments.

Why Choose the California Exotics Extender?

California Exotics is a long-established adult brand, and this extender offers a straightforward, non-invasive way to try traction at home. Its adjustable design lets you set the tension that feels comfortable, while the flexible wear schedule makes it easier to fit into daily life.

Please be realistic about expectations: any change depends on how long and how consistently the device is worn, and experiences vary from person to person. We do not make any medical claims about results, and anyone with a health condition should speak to a doctor first.

How to Use and Care

Read the manufacturer instructions in the box before first use. Begin with the lowest tension and short wearing times, and remove the device at once if you feel pain, numbness, tingling or notice skin discolouration. Never sleep while wearing it unless the instructions clearly allow this.

Clean any parts that touch the skin with warm water and a mild soap after each use, then dry them fully. Store the extender in a clean, dry place away from heat.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does a penis extender work?

An extender holds the penis in a frame and applies gentle, steady traction while it is worn. How much time you wear it and the tension you choose are the main factors, and experiences vary between individuals.

How long should I wear the extender each day?

The manufacturer says it can be worn flexibly around your schedule but has not set a specific time. Start with short sessions at low tension and increase slowly only if it stays comfortable.

Is a penis extender safe to use?

Used gently and as instructed, traction devices are designed for home use. Stop if you feel pain or numbness, and speak to a doctor first if you have any medical condition, including circulation problems or Peyronie’s disease.

Can I wear it discreetly under clothes?

The manufacturer has not given dimensions for the frame, so we cannot confirm how discreet it is under clothing. Many people prefer to wear traction devices at home.
