How to Use and Care

Make sure the skin is clean and completely dry, with no lotion or oil. Peel off the protective films, position each cup and press the adhesive firmly into place, smoothing from the centre outwards. Remove slowly after wear. Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, allow to air dry and replace the plastic films that protect the adhesive before storing. Do not bleach, iron, tumble dry or dry clean.
